Guess who's back........yep Malcy Boy!

So what's he on about this time.........well dear reader, read on and we'll explore...........seems to be having a pop at another individual......

So....extract from a recent post......

At least someone in authority may be paying attention in Cornwall. (but not the corrupt police) The notification to schools I am told would be to ensure that information will be taken into account in any future school ‘RISK ASSESSMENT’ of any children visiting a particular historic property in Cornwall.

It seems at least one person in the Cornwall education system is considering taking it upon themselves to write to ALL schools in west Cornwall.  

Ironically, this would be in line with my own personal knowledge of a Judge's direction regarding failure of disclosure for risk assessment purposes to education authorities.

… ‘the head of the particular organisation which now owns the particular historic building has previously been on a Cornwall County Council ‘ blacklist’ of those who was NOT to be employed in the education system following allegations of his sexual abuse of a remedial student with learning difficulties who was in his personal care '

I know not specifically who what Malc's may be referring however it does raise some questions in my head.......... 

1) 'MAY' and 'CONSIDERING' - quite loose terms which probably gives Malc's to, shall we say, be creative with the truth

2) a Cornwall County Council 'Blacklist'............ speaking to people in the know, Cornwall County Council would not have it's own blacklist of those not to be employed in the education system - the CRB however would...........

3) If someone in the local authority was even considering taking such an action i'm pretty darn sure it would not be discussed with someone who has a Sexual Offences Prevention Order on their wall like Malcolm has......

4) If there was such an issue with someone, the local authority wouldnt inform schools so that they can consider it as part of the risk assessment - schools would surely just be told not to go..........

ok lets read on with a further extract from Malc's blog.........

Now lets make it quite clear: The sexual abuse allegations although allegedly said to have been quite horrific, were at the time not substantiated (I am told in police speak: insufficient evidence to proceed further) but the allegations were sufficiently concerning & convincing that Jane Sloan, of Cornwall County Council Child protection unit & who was the county consultant on child sexual abuse cases was adamant at the time in her professional capacity in the veracity of the sexual abuse allegations made against this individual.

Subsequently a Cornwall County Council ban was made on a particular individual from him being further employment in the Cornwall education system. (However, he is a 'special friend' of the Devon & Cornwall police & he even receives police expenses payments from them when attending their little police get together’s of which he is an invited member?)

OK so basically the who first section of the blog is totally blown out of the water by Malcs confirming himself that the allegations were not substantiated! So, the person that Malc's is alleging IS on a council blacklist was NOT convicted yet Malcolm who regularly tells us that he's allegedly harassed by Police.....IS on a blacklist....the list of people with Sexual Offences Prevention Orders......keeping up reader????? I'm struggling if i'm honest! 

Now quite probably, like me, you're thinking - why would someone allegedly on a safeguarding blacklist be attending meetings with the police where expenses are reimbursed......good question isn't it - i'm pretty sure that is someone was on a list they wouldn't be receiving such expenses!!!!!!! 

But that's the key to this whole post isnt it! Whoever he's ranting about is involved in whatever way with the police......yes the police...... It's kinda like when you're at school.....a teacher gives you detention because you were misbehaving.....you then hate that teacher because they've reprimanded you but for your own good...... Malcolms detention being in the form of a SOPO and the Teacher being Devon & Cornwall Police

Well i think that's got to the bottom of that riddle.......

If i'm honest, every post that i've read over at Pink Pasty is quite, 'wooly' with it's facts lol

Harassment......and double standards

A large number of Malcs posts refer to the harassment that he receives......but by his very own nature his blog is harassing a number of people - quickly glancing through his blog, a number of people appear to be targeted/ attacked call it what you will.......i guess the real word i'm looking for is HARASSED


Devon and Cornwall Police Officers (too many times to count but they are also named with lots of he said she said stuff going on and being labelled as homophobic many many times. Now my guess would be that these officers are not homophobic and many of them probably have LGBT friends and family. Pretty upsetting to them to be labelled repetitively as homophobic......anyone else remember the first pride event in Truro when the rainbow flag was flown above Truro Police Station - we'll now that just screams homophobia to me.......

hmmmm.........lets move on......

Cornwall Pride & it's committee (again, too many times to count but again these individuals are all named by Malcy boy) As Malcolm states, Cornwall Pride appear to have stated that (*some) gay people are welcome at the pride event and that it's not a gay event.......bit funny really (and dont forget we only have malc's - oh so honest - word to go by) but the pride's that i've seen in Truro are certainly very much gay......but of course with lots of straight people too - it's not the 60's any more after all and we don't need to start putting boundaries back in place......but it goes on, as with the police, Malcy seems to name and try to discredit & upset many of the committee members - 'ALLEGED underage porn' ' ALLEGED Criminal Investigation' ' ALLEGED death threats' and celebrating the thought that a committee member had been physically attacked...........over and over again like some kind of stuck record he spurns away.........

...........still, i guess the reason for Malc's hatred towards the Cornwall Pride committee is due to him arranging a beach pride party without the relevant permissions - play ball Malc's - the Law's the law and it's there to protect us all (that's why things such as SOPO's get issued remember)

Local successful businesses and charities again attack attack attack - alleged fraud, alleged money owed, freemasons, Malcs allegedly talking to family members to get information on people that he can then repeat on his blog to cause distress to those involved in his hate campaigns........and of course he names all concerned people......

Now, of course we're all aware that Malc has been removed from facebook (removed from facebook you say????? Why would that be? Read in to that what you will..... however the Sprocket Trust quite rightly remains on Facebook (although appears to not have been updated for a little while) 

Absolutely right that our loved ones should not be forgotten - what we find disturbing however is using the memory of a loved one to spread your own views and hatred within the community. Some extracts from this facebook account include......

All posts of which appear to have been posted since the founder sadly died  - using the memory of a loved one that established a trust to care for his pets to spread Malcs own views just leaves a bit of a sour taste in the mouth doesnt it.......?

•  Alleged Tax Fraud of two 2011 Cornwall Pride Committee Members?
•  Alleged criminal theft & property deception by a person who heads up an organisation & is a Cornwall Pride Sponsor 2012?

........Or maybe not.........Sorry lets have a look at that again..... ALLEGED, ALLEGED, ALLEGED......Alleged by who?  Malcy boy of course lol!

Gotta love him.....now thats a lot of if's or buts but lets not forget our favourite statement of Malc's....."Some of those attempting to cover up criminal allegations that I (& others) are witness too. They are trying to justify their hate campaign against me by stating I have a criminal record. I do have a criminal record"

Another statement by Malcs 'Did I break the law over 25yrs ago, yes, did I plead guilty at the time, yes. Have I served my time, yes, I was in my 20’s & age of homosexual consent was in 1987… 21yrs old, & that was over twenty five years ago! 

Reading between the lines of the last statement makes us wonder what he served time for......???? Just askin! 

So...three Alleged activities and a couple of facts - from the horses mouth himself!

And lets not forget the certificate that Malc may have framed on his wall - yes thats right ladies and gentlemen - he's been awarded a Sexual Offences Prevention Order by the Courts (we say courts it was actually awarded to him by the Magistrates and upheld by the Crown Court) 

Well thats about it from us today but before we go, a little reminder of what a Sexual Offences Prevention Order is (just in case anyones forgotten :-) )

Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) – a court may make a SOPO at the time of dealing with certain sexual offenders or when the police make a special application on account of the offender’s behaviour in the community. The full order lasts for a minimum of five years, and can last indefinitely. A SOPO will require the subject to register as a sexual offender and can include conditions, for example to prevent the offender loitering near schools or playgrounds. If the offender fails to comply with (i.e.breaches) the requirements of the order, he can be taken back to court and may be liable to up to five years’ imprisonment.

Just browsing Mal's site now - does make for quite an interesting read......currently reading the blog about Cornwall Pride banning his sculptures from the park........to be honest i can kinda see why they would - from my understanding the park that pride do the afternoon thing in is public (i've certainly never been asked to pay anyways). By public, meaning that people of all ages would be able to walk through the park? So yeah if i'm right in that understanding then I too would not allow them in the park (cos it seems like a lot of them depict semi-nude teenagers and people having sex) - hardly in keeping with the public garden thing they've got going on....... happy to be proved wrong on the whole public thing but pretty sure i'm right?????? What about you dear reader - be keen to take your kids to a park with 'sex sculptures' on show?

Practice what you preach????? maybe not

So, good old Malc' s - champion for justice and everything that's good in the world - supposedly petrified because he's received threats from people in the community and yet on 25th May 2012 seems to be getting off on the fact that someone appears to have been beaten up

"In other news. Yet another antagonist who had been targeting me in the past, along with some of his friends via Cornwall Pride, has allegedly been seriously beaten up. Apparently this took place whilst the individual was on holiday & the individual was hospitalised (details still a bit scratchy there too), but wouldn’t that be just be KARMA if true."



Sooooooo......seems like Mr Lidbury is actually wanting someone to be beaten up - and publicly encouraging it??????????

Malcolm darling - maybe some IT lessons are called for - you posted your open letter on your website with your address clearly showing - well it's blanked out on the computer but we've heard lots of people saying that when they view your blog on an iphone / ipad your address clearly shows - it also shows if you highlight the text on any PC.............. probably best to remove it???? see, we take a friendly approach to our blog

So....What is a `Sexual Offences Prevention Order'????

Hey readers, you may well not be aware exactly what a Sexual Offences Prevention Order is - Malcs certainly does as he has one - although we doubt it's mounted on his wall in shiny frame along with his other, well, um i guess you'd call it artwork! He also doesn't refer to it on his hate filed blog....funny that......

Anyway Devon and Cornwall's Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements set out what a SOPO is (yes dear reader the SOPO's are within the PUBLIC PROTECTION ARRANGEMENTS - why would the public need protecting from a Gay Times top 200 person? thats a question to think about.....)

Afternoon and welcome to the Real Pink Pasty

Well what a fab little extended weekend we've all had......shame about the weather though! It's given a few of us a little time to come up with this fab little blog giving you the truth about the infamous Pink Pasty - or as he's really known, Malcolm Lidbury.

Malcolm features is featured in the top 200 Gay Times most influential gay people in the UK - certainly deserves a pat on the back for all his tireless efforts in trying to destroy the lives of those around him who may been seen to be successful - yes thats right dear reader, Malc's isnt quite the angel he'd have us all believe.

Malc's is subject to a SEXUAL OFFENCES PREVENTION ORDER

For many years the Devon & Cornwall Police has been aware of the postings that Malcolm Lidbury places on various websites, chatrooms, blogs etc, which relate to the Devon & Cornwall Police and its Officers. Mr Lidbury has his own website Pink Pasty in which he makes such postings.

The Constabulary has a long history of involvement with Mr Lidbury which resulted in an application to the Magistrates Court in 2005 for a Sexual Offences Prevention Order. This Order was granted by the Magistrates Court and subsequently upheld by the Crown Court following an appeal against the original Order by Mr Lidbury.

Ever since this Order was granted Mr Lidbury has sought to suggest that the Constabulary and its Officers are motivated by homophobia on a personal and institutional level.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission is the body which is tasked with the role of overseeing complaints against police officers and police staff and has conducted extensive investigations into various complaints that Mr Lidbury has made over the years.

None of these investigations have supported Mr Lidbury’s suggestions or complaints that homophobia has played any part in the way the Constabulary or its officers have dealt with Mr Lidbury.

Accordingly, the Constabulary specifically refutes such allegations and feels that in its dealings with Mr Lidbury all of its officers have acted in a lawful, proportionate and reasonable way.

A few people have got quite close to him over the years, learning all about him and gaining his trust.......silly Malc's you shouldnt open up so freely as you do!
